This site automatically checks the international society guidelines below every month for new editions. When a new version is detected, it is announced here and a content revision is scheduled.

Site text revisions & in-app legal pages: the announcements section now lists only the three most recent updates; Privacy Policy and Terms of Use revised (governing law changed to international law); Privacy, Terms and About pages are now bundled into the Wound Tracker app (trilingual, opened in-app).

Brand identity refresh: the 🩹 emoji in the site header was replaced by a custom "wound-location" SVG mark (light-blue vertical bandage × navy location pin); full favicon set added; the Wound Tracker app icon was updated to match (navy bandage × teal pin × warm-white background) — brand concept: mark the wound location, keep tracking.

USB drive guide finalized: the "transfer case photos with a USB drive" guide on the About page was fully revised — iPhone/Android compatible, 8 upload steps / 7 download steps / 5 notes (including the new-phone migration recipe); the in-app guide was updated in sync (trilingual).

Dressing selection flowchart added: the professional "Dressings & Wet Gauze" page (bedside mnemonic and selection workflow) and the patient page of the same name (which dressing fits which wound) now include a "Wound Dressing Selection" decision flowchart — safety first (infection / ischemia / deep wounds need medical care), then four exudate levels (dry-minimal → hydrogel; low → film, hydrocolloid; moderate → foam, hydrofiber; heavy/cavity → alginate, superabsorbent) while addressing the underlying cause; each language edition uses an image in its own language.

3. How the tracking works

Frequency: automatic check of each society's official website and journal pages on the 1st of every month.
Comparison baseline: the "Version used on this site" column above.
When a new edition is detected: the site maintainer is notified → the new content is verified → affected pages are assessed → revisions are made and announced on this page.
Verification rule: every new citation is verified against Crossref / PubMed before going live.
